Mindfulness is not a practice. Mindfulness is a way of living. Being present and accepting reality as it is. Not an easy job, but with practicing our attention again and again we gain Mindfulness into our life, whatever we are doing. 

We learn how to enjoy more the moment and to get less lost in the thoughts of past and future. Worries or hopes. Just here. Now.
