Finding Inspiration in Every Challenge
Yin is a more slow and still practice. Most of the asanas are sitting or lying down and we hold the postures between 2 and 7 minutes. We work in Yin Yoga with fascias and inner tissues. And we find the challenge for remaining still for a few minutes in the postures. Working and balancing Yin energy in the body we find stillness.
