My Story

My first contact with meditation happened while traveling in Thailand, when I heard about a "Vipassana retreat." Curious and unsure, I decided to try it — and it opened a path I’m still exploring today.

At the retreat, I met someone who invited me to a Yoga retreat in Northern Thailand. Meditation and Yoga began to meet, and I started experimenting with integrating both into daily life. It’s not a sudden transformation — it’s an ongoing process, full of small discoveries and challenges!

As I continued, I explored Buddhism and the Dhamma (teachings of the Buddha), which gave me tools to reflect on my habits and experiences. Real change, I’ve learned, comes from noticing what arises inside and approaching it with curiosity and patience -- a lot of patience!

Alongside my personal practice, I found myself passionate towrds impacts of trauma and psychology, deepening my understanding into this. This helps me guide others on their own path, combining Yoga, meditation, and awareness in a grounded, practical and honest way.

My Approach

Yoga is a way of living, not a performance.

My practice is less about becoming better and more about becoming aware — learning acceptance, staying with what is here, and responding with intention. This understanding didn’t arrive all at once; it’s something I’m still realizing and practicing. What I offer comes from that ongoing process, and from bringing yoga and meditation into everyday life, beyond the mat.
